I really like how the rainbow umbrella stands out from the darkness of the background and all... I do feel that the impact would increase if the background had a lower saturation, if you see where I am coming from?

The shallow depth of field is awesome and the positioning isn't too bad, although the main subject matter isn't entirely in the centre, and so I get a feeling of it not being quite balanced... I also feel you could crop a bit of the top and bottom, as there are glinting/gleaming things that take our attention away from what is important...

Not bad.
